What we believe
- Facts before marketing. Listings start from public records — beginning with the federal NPI Registry — and every profile shows where its information came from and when it was last updated.
- Organic ranking is never for sale. Organic results are ordered by relevance and distance. Any sponsored placement is clearly labeled and kept separate from organic results.
- Honest about gaps. Public data doesn't say which insurance plans a doctor takes or whether they're accepting new patients, so we don't guess. We'll add those details only when we can source them reliably.
- Your records are yours. Getting a copy shouldn't take weeks of phone calls. Our free guide and letter template show you how to ask for them yourself.
- No reviews, for now. Star ratings invite fake reviews and disputes. We'd rather show verifiable facts until we can do reviews responsibly.

- Built from the CMS NPPES NPI Registry (October 2026 release), published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
- Some details — like whether a provider is accepting new patients — aren't in public data yet, so we leave them out rather than guess. How we source data
