How do you verify that I'm the provider?
We confirm your identity against the contact details on your NPI record, an email address at your practice's domain, or documents reviewed by our team. Health systems can verify all of their providers at once.
Where does my listing come from?
From your record in the CMS NPI Registry (NPPES). If your address, phone, or specialty is out of date, update it in NPPES — that fixes it everywhere the registry is used — and tell us so we can refresh your listing sooner.
Can I remove my profile?
Profiles reflect public records about licensed professionals, so we don't remove them entirely, but we'll correct anything inaccurate and remove details that shouldn't be public.
Does claiming cost anything?
No. Claiming and maintaining your profile is free.
