Make sure patients see the right information
Your profile already exists — built from the NPI Registry. If something is out of date, here is how to get it corrected.
Correct or update your listing
Listings come from public records, so fixes happen in two places.
- Update your NPI Registry recordYour address, phone number, and specialty come from the CMS NPI Registry (NPPES). Updating it there fixes your listing here after our next weekly update, and everywhere else the registry is used.
- Tell us what is wrongEmail us your NPI number and what to change, or use the correction form on our data sources page. We review every report and correct anything inaccurate.
- Old or closed locationsTell us about addresses and phone numbers that are out of date or that you want removed, and update them in the registry too.

Frequently asked questions
Where does my listing come from?
From your record in the CMS NPI Registry (NPPES). If your address, phone, or specialty is out of date, update it in NPPES — that fixes it everywhere the registry is used. We load the registry's weekly update every Tuesday, and you can also email us so we can review your listing.
Can my profile show a bio, office hours, languages, or whether I'm accepting new patients?
Not today. Profiles show only what public sources contain, and we don't fill gaps with guesses. If you'd like to see something added, tell us at the address above.
Can I remove my profile?
Profiles reflect public records about licensed professionals, so we don't remove them entirely. If something is inaccurate or shouldn't be public, email us and we'll review it.
Does it cost anything to correct my listing?
No. Corrections are free.
